This site belongs to Maya Derman ("I", "me"). This policy explains what I collect when you ask for a free tool, why, and what you can do about it. Questions: hello@mayaderman.com.
When you ask for a free tool: your first name (optional), and either your email address or your WhatsApp number, the tool you asked for, whether you ticked the tips box, the page you came from, and the time.
I never sell your details and never share them for anyone else's marketing.
Your details pass through services that process them on my behalf: my own automation server (n8n), Kit (email delivery and my email list), and Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform (WhatsApp delivery). Some of them may store data outside your country, under their own data-protection safeguards.
As long as you're subscribed to tips. If you only asked for a tool and didn't tick the box, I keep your details for up to 12 months as a record of the delivery, then delete them.
Wherever you live, you can ask me to see, correct, export or delete your details, or to stop sending you anything. Email hello@mayaderman.com and I'll handle it within 30 days. If you're in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your local data-protection authority.
This site doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver them.
The free tools are meant for people aged 16 and over.
